From this standpoint, it was stipulated in the decree establishing the municipality to grant it the authority to issue orders, regulations, and decisions. The importance of legislation lies in the municipality\u2019s work in The following:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Enabling the municipality to achieve the goals specified in its founding decree, considering the legislation as a tool that enables it to carry out the tasks assigned to it.<\/li><li>Organizing the public facilities that the municipality is responsible for managing and supervising.<\/li><li>Giving legitimacy to the municipality\u2019s work, including imposing fees and financial costs on the public.<\/li><li>Ensuring everyone\u2019s compliance with the procedures and requirements.
